Hardy, why is it even attempting to download anything? You're supposed to run "mvn clean install" at least once before trying the new integration tests, it should pick your local builds and deploy those.
You're using Maven 3.0.3 I guess? There was a bug in version 3.0.1 which would have it download snapshots remotely even if you had more recent local copies.
