Static except of buildDirName which is used
bundles/explicitpar/persistence.xml. The river settings could indeed be put in
directly. Not sure how you want to get the
fully qualified path into
<jar-file>@buildDirName@/packages/externaljar.jar</jar-file> without filtering.
