Hello, I am planning on using the Hibernate adaptor on an upcoming project but do not have a tremendous amount of experience with JCA. I was hoping someone could help me out.
The point that I'm at right now is I've generated the hibernate2.rar but am not sure how to go further. Specifically, should I generate a new rar file by hand which includes all of my persistent classes and a manifest which correctly references the jar files the rar needs? Or should I put the connector element after the ejb-jar which has those references, so that the classes are already loaded when the app server loads the rar? Or is there a different "correct" method of doing this? One of the requirements is that the rar file be deployed in the ear and that the application is self contained, so I can't put jars into the app servers global classpath.
