Okay..  I guess that kind of thing is that someone looking at code will
sometimes say "String concatenation Bad!", which I think is really a bit of
a myth in modern JVM's..

I have to say, the ability to write a HQL query that works with subclasses
is yet again one of the amazing things about Hibernate.  In Fulcrum
security, all the HQL is included in the java code.  But, subclass the
object, provide your own hbm mapping, and all of a sudden your custom
subclassed user object works perfectly!

Christian, I noticed you are on the speaking list for JavaPolis, I'm hoping
