[Hibernate] Versioned Jars for 2.2

[Emmanuel Bernard]

I've done the same job as Eric into the 2.2 branch of the Hibernate2 
project. Jars are now named as per their version.
Tell me if I forgot something.

And what about HibernateExt. Is there work on it, Does it need to be 
migrated too ?
