We need to discuss (3), so I'll send an email to this list tomorrow sometime describing my thoughts on this.
I am pushing the annotations stuff off of the HB3 feature list, because it will exist as a separate subproject, and is not required for the core to go final.
I'd like to see this stuff done by the end of October, which gives us a month. Anyone see any problem with this? I guess Joshua is the one with the biggest task - what do you think Joshua?
