Hello,

is there a way to get the length property from the mapping file using
the ClassMetadata?

I needed that but I haven't found a way, so I wrote a patch against
2.1.6 that adds a getLength(String property_name) to classMetadata.

So I ask you: do you have any interest in this patch? If yes, I send it
to the list. or
exists an easy way to get the length of a property?

bye.
