regarding ideas for enhancements to H3.
I think we have alot of users who does not get the fact about dropping sessions when an exception has occurred inside it - and simply retries.
I also know of some cases where people have retried and succeded with the following operation, but it resulted in data loss because hibernate saved partially instantiated objects....
I know we probably cannot just fault on every access after an exception (because
some exceptions are ok to retry on)...but how about at least fail after a
known fatal exception has occurred ?
