Hi,
Just an information mail about running the unit tests for the hibernateext/tools.
Previously (before H3) we did not have many tests for e.g. hbm2java, but in the new tools we are building the test suite. This test suite has one big challenge - the source code for some of the POJO's is not present before the unit test cases have been run - thus at the moment it is not possible to run the tests via ant since it (ofcourse) complains about the missing .java files....
It runs fine within eclipse/idea since they can survive without the not-yet-generated .java files.
I'll look into having the hbm2java test buildable and runnable via ant, but it
will be after the next release (want to focus on writing more tests, docs and polish the features)
If anyone have some good solutions on how to build a simple and maintainable bootstrapping
ant build for these things I'll be glad to receive patches to do it ,)
So, just info for you guys.
