yes, exactly.
We need to decouple stuff so it can run on non-eclipse-project "things".

Max,
I have tried rcp application and this is my comments
i have to add dependencies for hibernate plugins,
org.eclipse.pde.core for Error Log view, and org.eclipse.core.resources
for resource managment
It is impossible create console configuration because wizard's file
choosing start in eclipse workspace - we need
FileDialog for : property files, configuration file, mapping files and
included dir/jar in classpath
i can add jdt plugins and create projects in navigator, but I think that
isn't our goal - we want use it in non-eclipse system
We have change ConsoleConfigurationWizardPage or create new wizard for
RCP
I suppose that it is similar for reveng.xml wizard and cfg.xml wizard

Hi,
A couple of people have asked about RCP'ing Hibernate tools.
I did the initial "prototype" just to see how tough it would be.
It's pretty easy to make it work based on a stripped down eclipse (37
meg),
but still some work needed to make it a standalone thing that can run
from
other stuff than just eclipse projects. But i would say a couple of
weeks
and
it could be working (I just don't have those couple of weeks at the
moment...)
But see
http://opensource2.atlassian.com/projects/hibernate/browse/HBX-96
and
feel free to conclude the work from there.
