good point :-)

though i was speaking more to the fact that these issues have test cases and patches, which should make life a lot easier for you guys. i'm guessing that most of those other 302 issues don't have either.

i've seen on some other projects that they have a way of signalling that a particular issue has a test case or a patch, which presumably (but not necessarily) means that its not junk. so i was curious if you guys did anything like that, based on votes or something else. it could certainly help you sort through those 302 open issues.

anyways, i'm not asking for my sake that these be fixed... i have my own patched build that is working great. its more for the project to fix some low hanging fruit.

You have noticed the current 302 other open issues that also needs/want 
attention ? :)

Note: these two cases are not even on near top 10 if we just looked at 
votes.
