Dari Hakim bin hizam ra, katanya Rasulullah saw, bersabda : "Dua orang yang berjual beli boleh khiyar (memilih) selama keduanya belum berpisah atau sehingga keduanya berpisah. Jika keduanya berlaku benar, baik dalam tindakan dan ucapan atau keterangan, maka jual beli keduanya diberkati (Allah). Dan jika kedua bersikap menyembunyikan dan dusta, keberkatan jual beli dihapuskan (sirna).
