keperluan: wanita muslim 2-3 orang.
kelengkapan: peti sejuk, mesin basuh, dapur, meja makan, tv, vcd player n
pelbagai lagi..
kemudahan: mempunyai swimming pool, tennis court, gym, badminton court,
security 2 hours, parking lot n others..
