The task of rebuilding destroyed communities is not an easy one but this is your chance to show your support. All proceeds of the event will go towards Women's Empowerment projects in Mali and Palestine - two areas where poverty has had a devastating impact on the lives of widows, refugees and women-run households. AWARD NOMINATIONS There are many women who have made a great contribution to society but their achievements have not been given the recognition they deserve. If you know any British Muslim individual or organization whose efforts should be celebrated now is your chance to nominate them.
