            Apabila keguguran, seelok-eloknya berpantang sama seperti org bersalin..

            Minum air akar kayu, ubat serbuk, atau maajun..

            Jaga pemakanan , Jgn makan benda2x yg sejuk....kalau boleh berpantang sehingga 44 hari...

            Kalau boleh, elakkan 'bersama'  sehingga badan betul2x sihat....

            Suami kena pahamle keadaan isteri....

            Sebenarnya keguguran kena lebih kuat pantangnye dr bersalin...
