More Hispanic women coverting to Islam

Ask Melissa Matos why she converted to Islam, and you'll likely get an
answer that spans 13 centuries. She may refer to seventh century Arabia,
where Muslims believe the Prophet Mohammed received the Koran from the
angel Gabriel. Or she might describe Islam's golden age in medieval Spain.
Or she'll recall Sept. 11, 2001, when fear and curiosity drove her to read
about Islam on the Internet.

America is once more plunged into a snake pit of anarchy, death, looting,
raping, marauding thugs, suffering innocents, a shattered infrastructure, a
gutted police force, insufficient troop levels and criminally negligent
government planning. But this time it's happening in America.

Night And Fog Revisited

Is Harriet Miers a Closet Sadist?

Four years after 9/11, the U.S. government still refuses to release
information about the disappeared. We do not know how many there are, where
they are being held, how many are dead and alive, or even their names. The
vanished have access to neither their families nor legal representation.

Harriet Miers: Bush's Pit Bull:

Bush has nominated his Texas crony as a stealth appointment to the Supreme
Court. Although the Senate will be hard-pressed to discover Harriet Miers's
positions on the critical issues, she does have a long record of loyalty to
Bush, whom she calls "the most brilliant man I ever met."
