I was confronted by non-malay last night debating about  Bumiputera priviliges. I encountered the person in so many angles until I got an idea to difuse the dangerous thought by relating to historical events on why muslim men are allowed to marry  up to four wives and relative comparison to concubines and protitution, as example. I slammed harder when the person objected the idea of interracial marriages. I'm pretty tired of such notions suria insani wrote: Assalamualaikum, Kepada anda yang berminat boleh baca. Banyak hari nak tulis ni but time is very limited nowdays. Those postings dedicated to me sorry to say I didn’t have time to read them either. Here is some information I collected so far for my sons actually bcos they are taking Arabic now. Ever since the eldest did well in his exam recently as a mother I must guide him for his future career. Ok ni untuk anak2 yang interested nak further study dalam bidang perubatan di middle east dan juga untuk anak2 yang sedaang study di sekolah agama dalam aliran sains arab yang masih belum pasti arah tuju masa depan. Berguna juga utk memotivasikan anak2 supaya mengambil mata pelajaran Arabic since this subject is hard. Untuk lepasan spm dari aliran sains agama, dan berminat nak jadi dr ada peluang yang dibuka/offer oleh jpa for them to further study in middle east. What u should do is bila result hampir keluar belilah borang biasiswa jpa or download from their website..dalam pilihan kursus nanti pilihan PERUBATAN DI TIMUR TENGAH not PERUBATAN in general. Perubatan in general means your kids have to compete among all the best students tak kira bangsa..as u know now semua races can apply for scholarship from jpa to study abroad. But if u select to study in middle east, your kids will be competing among students yang study di sekolah agama aja..so less candidates more chances. And the best thing is, lepas berjaya temuduga they will attend a 3 months course only. Belajar English sahaja..instead of doing matrikulasi or a level locally? After 3 months boleh pergi terus tak payah buat matriks semua ni. For information pun bukan senang nak buat matriks and a level ni, for medical course mesti dpt cgpa 4.0 for girls and 3.8 for boys. Unless your kids result memancar macam amalina tu boleh terus buat a level di UK So the choice is yours. Before that nak warning gak..interview will be done in English and there will be a short test on writing. Kalau ada anak2 yang lepasan sek agama dan rasa dia boleh buat dan berminat nak buat perubatan dari sekarang lah buat preparation. The thing is in school they are trained to write not to speak in public.me, the other way round, I was trained to speak not to write so hope my explanation is clear to every one here. As u know during interview if u can make the best impression of yourself then u wont have any problem. Mulalah speak in English, kalau nak ambil English course the best place in town is in british council. Semua boleh apply tak kira anak2 party pembangkang or kerajaan sebab no judgement on political ideology as long as result flying colors dan dari aliran sains arab. Two of my friends anak dia dah study pun medical ni di Jordan, sorang tu dpt 10A ( kalau aliran sains arab biasa they took 12 subjects) means 2 B pun still acceptable.si anak bercerita kat sana semua subject in English accept for chemistry in Arabic.  Ni depends on the university actually but mostly of course in English.sebab itu kena tau both languages sebab training kat hospital nanti patients semua mak/pak arab belum tentu they can speak English. Hope for certain people yang suka condemn kerajaan tu fikirkan semula. Walau pun open for all races but there is always a room to help the malays…masalahnya adakah orang melayu nak ambil peluang ni..jgn nanti bila bangsa asing tahu keistimewaan ni mereka pun pakat hantar anak study Arabic..time saya sekolah dulu ada a few nonmalays yang ambil pendidikan islam dan lulus cemerlang..tengok hari ni pun ada lagi parents yang tak mau hantar anak ke sekolah agama disebelah petang dgn alas an kesian kat anak tu penat, nanti malam nak pi tuition pulak..well … what can I say. Parents sendiri yang akan pegang berus painting dan mewarnakan kain putih tu mengikut corak yang mereka suka. Good luck doa saya anak kalian menjadi doctor yang syumul.             Do you Yahoo!?
