8.30 am and finishes at 1.00 pm and will be held at
Kuliah of Engineering, UIA.

Speakers
profile
Mohd
Ibrahim Kader Mydin, 48 years
old, is a member of the Malaysian Institute of
Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified
Public Accountants.
He is currently the
Principal Consultant with Orinet Business Systems (M)
Sdn Bhd, a company that provides solutions for credit
risk assessment for commercial lenders.
He was the
Lead-trainer for a major local bank to train about 550
credit personnel in financial diagnostic and assessment
for commercial lending purposes.
Prior to this he
was the Senior General Manager, Corporate Services with
the largest local insurance company and was responsible
for the financial management, IT Services and Human
Resource Management of the Company.
His previous
appointments include heading the Finance Division of a
main board public listed company engaged in the
logistics business.
His core
skills are in the area of:

Management including corporate finance, restructuring,
acquisition and merger
