Hampir semua acara yang dipertandingkan pada 2004 akan dianjurkan semula dengan pertambahan kepada kategori remaja putera, remaja puteri dan keluarga... NANTIkan ketibaannya. Harap semua JIM negeri dapat membuat persediaan awal. Mulakan perancangan sekarang!   Acara akan dipertandingkan Lelaki Bolasepak Veteran ( 9 sebelah ) Bolasepak Terbuka ( 9 sebelah ) Bola Tampar Sepak Takraw Badminton Bowling Ping Pong Olahraga Golf Futsal Remaja (Putera) Wanita Bola Tampar Badminton Bola Jaring Veteran Bola Jaring Terbuka Bola Jaring Remaja (Puteri) Bowling Ping Pong Congkak Gubahan Acara Olahraga (Lelaki sahaja) 5000 M Terbuka 1500 M Terbuka 400 M (3 setiap negeri maksima) 100 M (3 setiap negeri maksima) 4 x 400 M (satu pasukan) 4 x 200 M (satu pasukan) 4 x 100 M (satu pasukan) 8 x 50 M (satu pasukan) Acara Keluarga Ala Explorace - Menikmati kesegaran dan keindahan Bandar Bersejarah Taman Tasik Taiping   Nota: Veteran ialah peserta yang berumur 35 tahun ke atas.
