Sambutan kempen tandatangan kini amat menggalakkan samada melalui borang petisyen atau secara online. Pihak PEMBELA telah bermesyuarat bersama-sama dengan pelbagai NGO pada 24 Ogos 2006 dan telah bersetuju untuk menghantar memorandum beserta kutipan tanda tangan pada 13 September 2006 ( Rabu). Hingga kini tandatangan yang dikumpul mencecah 500,050 tandatangan. Namun kempen ini perlu diperhebatkan. Sila jalankan tanggungjawab anda.
