COMPLETELY in the dark about this terrible war crime, the worst in
history.

all, in the Qur'an, He says, "He can, if He so wills, do away with
you and bring forth a new mankind [in your stead]: nor is this
difficult for God." (Sura 14, Ibrahim, verses 19-20). But, the rules
of war are clearly laid down by God in the Qur'an, and we humans are
not permitted to cut down trees and kill the innocent. So, clearly,
DU (and in fact nearly all modern weapons) are prohibited by the
Qur'an. So, working to end their use is consistent with being a good
Muslim.
