FOSIS AGM 2008
FOSIS Ireland Session 2007-2008 will end soon. Therefore, the position will
be opened once again to all Muslim members in Ireland.
Positions open for nominations are as follows :-
1) Chair (General interests; aware of local incidences and news, speaking,
networking, initiating ideas and vision, patient and understanding)
reading report and supervise the performance of FOSIS Ireland Chapter
Represent FOSIS Ireland region motivating the president/auditor of islamic
society in ireland Planning and supervising the work Maintaining the
relationship with local muslim leaders work with treasurer to setup the budget
and find the sponsorship
2) Brothers' Vice-chair (General interests; aware of the local incidences,
speaking, networking, initiating ideas and vision, patient and understanding)
supervise of event manager/head of SAC/ head of website management/ head of
media manager finding new faces for the next year initiating event and find
new speakers for the fosis and isoc event maitaining the relationship with the
local non-muslim society3) Sisters' Vice-chair (General interests; love
reading, speaking, networking, initiating ideas and vision, patient and
understanding)
supervise of event
manager/head of
SAC/ head of website management/ head of media manager Assist sisters' event
managers. Finding the new faces for next committee initiating event and find
new speakers for the fosis and isoc event maitaining the relationship with the
local non-muslim society
4) Treasurer (general interest: aware about your own budget and expenses,
networking, creative in generating income)
Record of all financial transactions. executing the one euro pledge
project and setup a target Manage the council budget and expenses. Find
sponsorship in early of the year. help the isoc to find money by loaning
5) General Secretary (love calling and reminding people, capable of managing
your time and school works, networking, creative in reducing the bureaucracy
and facilitate the work)
Getting in contacts with general secretary in UK reminding the chair about
other regions activities, meeting with local muslim community supervise the
needs of isoc about previous paperwork, any contacts for speaker, any contact
between isoc6) Assistant Secretary ( general interest:love calling and
reminding people, capable of managing your time and school works, networking,
creative in reducing the bureaucracy and facilitate the work)
Preparing the meeting and the agenda for the meeting report and evaluation
of each event we have reminding the chair and core committee about isoc's
event and activity reminding the chair and core committee for any meeting with
local non-muslim society7) Islamic Society Committee (love supervising people,
networking, caring, creative in reducing the bureaucracy and facilitate the
work)
working directly with the FOSIS Ireland Representative in each isoc.
Manage the affiliation form and affiliation fees manage the fosis freshers
pack distribute any material from FOSIS in UK updating the calendar of event
in ISOC

Time : 10.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.
Venue : Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
