following position:

*HR Manager/Asst Manager
Damansara- HQ*

JOB DESCRIPTION:

   - Responsible for the whole spectrum of HR Management for employee
   involving Recruitment & Selection,Compensation & Benefits, Employment
   policy, Statutory Regulations, Industrial/employee Relations.
   - Develop and execute HR programs such as staff performance and
   development, retention and career advancement
   - Handle all issues pertaining to Government Agencies and Statutory
   bodies including EPF, LHDN,SOCSO,HRDF Custom and Immigration.
   - Design, develop and review HR related policies and employee hand book.
   - Responsible in dealing employee grievances and disputes as well as
   counselling and disciplining.
   - Formulate Training calendar and program for staff.
   - To handle Company insurance matters including new application,
   endorsement, renewal and claims.
   To monitor Company vehicle's insurance and road tax renewal.
   - Attend to all day to day HR and Admin. operational functions.


Requirements:

   - Degree/Diploma in any discipline provided with 3 years experienced in
   HR
   - Experienced in the Freight industry is an added advantage
   (Import/export/w/house)
   - Able to converse in english
   - Aged below 40 yrs
