Hello, STS client have to use WS Metadata for building RST request in run-time, it needs ws-trust, binding versions, ws-policy etc. However, the higgins STS uses soap 1.2 http binding "http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap/bindings/HTTP/"; in MEX, but supports just soap 1.1.
