Component Owners,

I¹ve gone through all of the sub-projects of Higgins on each of the three
components pages. I have replaced every link that said ³downloads² (in the
Downloads column) that brought you to that stupid empty downloads page with
the text ³[no downloads]². No more broken links. That¹s an improvement all
by itself.

But while I was at it, here is what I found along with recommendations as to
what to do about it...

http://wiki.eclipse.org/Components_1.X (68 of 68 autobuilding nightly)
* Perfect! Give ourselves a pat on the back.

http://wiki.eclipse.org/Components_1.0 (8 of 10 autobuilding nightly). Two
problems:
* .cbselector doesn¹t build because we don¹t yet know how to autobuild C++
files (this is okay for now). I just now added a link to the Novell
DigitalMe site
* .rsse doesn¹t build ‹Valery, is this component used in Higgins 1.0? and if
not, let¹s just delete the table.

http://wiki.eclipse.org/Components_1.1 (only 3 of 20 autobuilding nightly)
* Lots of room for improvement...
* For each row where I¹ve put ³[no downloads]² would the relevant component
owner please email me (privately is okay) one of the following responses:
> 1. I know how to autobuild it using our home-made build system, I just haven¹t
> set it up yet
> 2. Our home-made autobuild system can¹t build this but Buckminster [1],[2]
> could, we just have to configure Buckminster. [It is stupid to put any more
> effort into our home-made build system. If it needs to be extended in any way
> (e.g. to add Java 1.5 support) we should NOT do it and just use Buckminster
> instead. We created our own build system because when we started there was no
> Buckminster!].
> 3. Neither home-made neither Buckminster can autobuild this because
> non-Higgins 3rd party libraries and tools are required, it must be built on an
> external (non-Eclipse) site (e.g. Azigo). [Azigo is in the process of setting
