Maybe Java reports 147 because the pre-built version and the source code
differ?
I think it is hardly probable, and almost sure the source code corresponds
with jar file.
I have changed ConfigurationFiles/log4j.properties.
You need to copy log4j.properties to
/webapps/RelyingPartyDemoApp2/WEB-INF/classes/log4j.properties and set
logging level to TRACE: logger.org.eclipse.higgins=trace
