Yes, you are right that is because "testUser" doesn't really exist on
the server.

I think that the easiest way is to install Azigo client and set it up
to use I-Card Service at
https://rh155.azigo.net/cardsync-new/services/RPPSServiceAIRICM .

This way you should be able to create your own account on
rh155.azigo.net that is actually shared between I-Card and CardSync
services.

Actually I can create one for you but if you need me to do this just
send me an email privately (not to dev-list).
