Then it could be a case sensitivity issue, because fat and ntfs are not
case sensitive.
It's possible, though all filenames are lowercase so it should not be a
problem.
I found a workaround for now: use a remote repo ;-)
My guess is that it is something with the filestore on windows with fat
or ntfs. You could try to use mysql locally.
