we are working with PostgreSQL 8.1 (tested on Linux, MacOSX and
Solaris x86/SPARC).
When the error you're mentioning above was raised, all that we had to
do was to enable
add_missing_from = on
in postgresql.conf
Please let me know if it is working for you as well.
