Hi Srikanth,
did you try to clear your browser cache? My only guess is also that the
configuration of your CMS is not able to instantiate one of it's
perspectives or views. Did you try to request them separately?
For instance:
http://cms.vnuincev.localhost:50205/workbench/LoadConfiguration/Application
