Hi community,
We find a strange comportment comparing the WF box in the explorer view
and the TODO list define in the dashboard.
Indeed, we can easily display or not an action 'publish' in the WF Box
depending of the value of a custom property "requestionvalidation" set to
true or false.
But in the to-do list, all the documents in this step will appear in the
"publish action" independently of the properties requestionvalidation. "So
even if a document can not be publish with the WF box, it will be possible
to promote it with the to-do list view". ;-(
So I wonder if it's possible to define a todo list (workflowqueries.xml)
according to a WF step and a webdav property of the documents :
