Yes, if the source is a cocoon uri in the extensions of your CMS.
Create a pipeline that has this list as result. As a generator you can
use
<map:generator label="mailgroups" logger="sitemap.generator.file"
name="mailgroups" pool-grow="4" pool-max="32" pool-min="4"
src="nl.hippo.cocoon.generation.newsmanager.MailGroupsGenerator"/>
