Hi Mischa,
It looks like the privileges on the default.www folder are set wrongly.
Can you run the initialization tool again [1]? It should (re)set the
privileges on the default.www folder.

It's hard for us to see what.
Does this problem appear on your local environment?
What rights did you configure in the folder that contains the document?
