I noticed there is no mention of Ubuntu or Debian distributions.
They both seem to be missing. Maybe I have some init scripts for
Debian somewhere. I will have a look and post them if I can find them.

I've looked at the init scripts that are there and if you can't find
anything I think I'll adapt the SUSE version as that looks closest to
what I need.
