Hi Biba,
It looks like the variable "${maven.cocoon.hcamanager.path}" is not
expanded/set. Can you make sure you are running the latest version of
the Hippo Cocoon maven plugin? The current version is: 2.01.01.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Don't add this, but use <extend>hcamanager/project.xml</extend> in
your common-project.xml
