Mischa,
have a look at the repository extractors.xml. It should contain an
instruction for your documents with the correct xpath.

Are you sure the search actually arrives at the repository? This sounds
more like your application providing you with an old (cached) result.
An easy way to check would be to restart your frontend-application and
see if it does find all documents in that particular case.
