Are you sure the extractors.xml file you replaced is the one being used?
In case you don't know how to find out:
In config/components.xconf the location of domain.xml is specified,
which in turn references the extractors.xml
There's no need to restart the repository BTW, it should pick up changes
to anything referenced in your domain.xml right away.
From 1.2.16 onwards a warning is logged:
"Reloaded the Domain configuration as something has definitely changed"
