I have troubles with the "todo" queries of our custom workflow and i
need to investigate in order to understand why it is so slow.

Marco,
take a look inside your workflow's ZIP, there should be an XML file (for
the default Reviewed Actions workflow is ReviewedActionsQueries.xml)
defining all the queries in your workflow.
Then, find another file - called 'localdevDashboardWorkflowQueries.txt'
by default - that will contain the list of the queries called by the
Dashboard.
