I have customized the brokenlink Checker..
This could be the reason for the "missing" button.
I'm currently building a pretty view by myself.. Thanks! ;)

Hi Marco,
if you enable the broken link checker you should see a "Broken links" button
in the dashboard view. If you have customised the dashboard view, you have
to (re-)enable that view yourself.
