Hi Jasha, No, //myProperty matches a node, the @id between the [ ] refers to that node. So the context is correct. Also, there is no 'current' axis. Perhaps you are thinking about current(), which can only be used in XSLT and which allows you to refer to the context in which the XPath is used, but that is not applicable (nor useful) for a standalone XPath
However, in my opinion the error message clearly indicates that there is nothing wrong with my XPath, but that there is a versioning issue with the Jars.
