Was wanting to know how people handle accession errors within the pathology information system,, to elaborate on this, is when a person receives in the specimen with a requisition and they have to do data entry into the system. What is allowable?, what is the percent error rate?, how are people dealing with errors? How are you dealing with personnel?? This is becoming an issue and I wanted to survey people out there how they are handling this issue,? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
