Does anyone know a good anti-cholin acetyltransferase (ChAT) antibody for mouse spinal cord to do immunohistochemistry (frozen section)? I see a couple of vendors with more than a couple of clon names.
Moreover, somebody recommended this neurotransmitter as a motor neuronal marker. If you can give me a better suggestion, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!
