Dear Chris Richard and Adam, Thank you so much for your advice. I decide try more, e.g. change other fixing methods. The protein is LRRC32 and only 2 companies provide Ab. Neither of them is for IHC. If it doesn't work, I think maybe I will generate the polyclonal Ab by myself. C
