Thanks Clare, Since we know the problem, we always press the lid very strongly down. And with the XT we were able to react sometimes, when we heard the clacking sound, and cut off the lid while the instrument was running. The Ultra is closed.
I ask because the people of Ventana never heard of such a problem. (That makes a very uncomfortable noise.) We saw, that the distance between the hammer and the Prep-Kits is very small, and it differs from Prep-Kit to Prep-Kit.
