Hello, I'm using the Co/Ni enhanced DAB from Histological & Histochemical Methods (2nd Ed). Does the solution normally turn a blue-gray after adding the H2O2? I am getting a lot of back ground and precipitate on the sections. The pH is 7.3.
I had used a similar method for Western Blotting that took 5 minutes for the solution to change color. This is a near instantaneous color change.
