My client is looking for an ASCP certified HT/HTL with strong routine histology and IHC. This person will be responsible for: Assisting with on boarding of new hires Training of staff Identifies, investigates and documents all non-conforming and quality events Participates in IHC validation process Equipment maintenance and communication to staff Coordinates with QA committee to conduct monthly staff meetings Presents archived CAP and safety training sessions to staff Serves as routine histology and IHC technician capacity as needed They are offering an excellent compensation package.
