These are good suggestions - we have already moved to the term "Historical."
See: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Historical_OSM. We just haven't
bothered to change the list name.

We also had a discussion on Historical OSM vs OSM Historical, but didn't
really consider Open Historical Map at the time - see the latest email on
subject here:
http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/historic/2012-October/000060.html

That said, I don't think there's much of an investment & we could change
easily.
