This is a great question & I believe there's a broadly-sweeping GitHub issue saying something like "time-enable the Api.
( I'd add a link to that, but I'm on my phone.) On a related topic, any suggestions for a better way to track our Dev needs than burying them in GitHub issues? I'm thinking of maybe a non-profit Pivotal account?
