Hi, not much of an update but I've reached out to Shekhar who has the access to the control panel and we are trying to get things rolling to force a manual reboot.
I'm off on vacation tomorrow so I've also requested for additional help amongst the other users of the server in case I cannot get it back online today. Sorry for the extended down time, I'm hopeful that it will be up soon.
