Fix For: 0.20.0
1. Add "thrift.dir" configuration paramter to build.xml. The default path
should be /usr/local/share. Then remove metastore/include.
2. Remove the following directories from svn. They don't have to be checked in
as they are generated by thrift.
metastore/src/gen-javabean
metastore/src/gen-php
metastore/src/gen-py
